Save The Date Magnets
My cousin is getting married in a couple of months. I know this because she just sent my family save the date magnets to remind us of the occasion. The personalized magnet hangs right where I can see it every day and each time that I look at it I think about what a wonderful idea this really is.
I keep a calendar on my refrigerator. I try to reference the thing on a daily basis but to be honest I can’t be sure if I have even turned the page to the current month. There is something about putting information on a calendar that is extremely ineffective for me.
Save the date magnets are a wonderful alternative to the traditional notes that wind up as a scribble on a calendar that no one references. My cousin is having a winter ceremony so she chose a beautiful design that has lovely blue and silver tones and images of snow flakes. These save the date magnets are truly beautiful.
The personalized wedding magnets are superior to traditional notes that you get in the mail because, as everyone knows, we tend to throw things away. Many of us rely on our memory way too much. Since the save the date announcements are sent so far in advance many people make other plans in the duration between the announcement and the formal invitation.
This is simply because the notes wind up in the trash. Many of us like to get rid of things that are not absolute necessities. Some of us never throw anything away and that is not really any good, either. The announcements to reserve the date may wind up under a pile of neglected mail.
The save the date magnets are perfect because they serve a dual purpose. They serve as constant reminders of the exciting event and they serve as, well, magnets for your refrigerator. I guess that there are a couple more purposes for the save the date magnets.
First of all they are great keepsakes for the wedding. I love little trinkets like this. The save the date magnets are wonderful memory provokers. The idea of sending keepsakes this way is just brilliant and it makes the item truly endearing.
The other great use for the save the date magnets is that they may keep you from opening that refrigerator door. After all, you do want to look your best on the special occasion.
